Possibly it was because I read it on Kindle, but the grammar and punctuation mistakes here were numerous and extremely distracting. For a book related to education, the writing (or perhaps editing) is quite bad - frequent basic errors like mixing up "their," "there," and "they're," not understanding the difference between "its" and "it's," etc. As another example, the author uses the word "excessively" a lot (excessively, even), but seems to think it means "adequately." The tips he offers don't seem particularly insightful, and the level of the writing severely diminishes his credibility.Product details

Some good stuff ere but a lot of judgments that are wrong.
We all have to do lists and they are great tools when appropriate. I use them. Sometimes we use them subconsciously. I do not have an unfulfilled life. When it comes to certain subjects like when writing for a literature course-I do not use to do lists. When I have a lot to read from many classes-some classes have tasks needed to be accomplished. When working on a marketing plan (which I have to do over the length of my marketing class) I use to do lists. When I have to read for four classes-sometimes some classes having you read from three different books-this is where to do lists become awfully effective for me to use. For me it keeps me focused on what I need to do to finish all my assignments. When I do not- I fall behind. This is not the only place where judgments about using various methods are made. For some people (maybe when beginning) this is something some people do until they start adding other tools they feel comfortable using. Sometimes using to do lists are appropriate for the tasks you have to do-and sometimes more appropriate for some people wherever they may be at as a student. I say all this because it seems like the author concentrates on making judgments about people who use to do lists. How about showing us when it might be appropriate or maybe inappropriate. What is an alternative method when the author feels it wrong to use to do lists-no! You live an unfulfilled life if you use to do lists. I copied the section below what the author wrote about to do lists.
Most people that start to worry about time try and manage their time using to-do lists. That usually just leads to completed to-do lists and unfulfilled lives. When you have a to-do list, your life begins to revolve around it. Your brain zeros in on the things you need to do. That again makes you feel more like a machine than a person. It's better to just stay conscience of what's important. Some things might not get done and that's okay. If they are truly important then you'll make up for the mistakes in the future, or remember to do it from the start. While to-do lists can help during particularly hectic periods, don't make them a lifestyle habit. If you always feel the need to have a to-do list then you probably need to manage your life a little bit better to have fewer commitments. To-Do lists lead to more harm then good. You are not a completion machine. You're a human being. There is much more to life then getting things finished.

This was a fun read.
There were a ton of tips on improving memory that seemed to actually applicable to studying. It certainly wasn't what I was used to getting with an ebook like this (I guess that's why teachers don't want you to know about it.) It was an easy read but I think I got a lot out of it.
I haven't tried everything yet but a lot of the information just clicks.
This book has changed the way I'll study.
It opened my eyes to the way I've wasted time and energy over the years. This book teaches you about prioritizing your actions and studying in a way that best fits your needs. It teaches you how to study more effectively in a fraction of the time simply by changing the way you look at the problem.
The writing is a good blend of light-hearted fun and no BS solutions. Some of the tips seemed crazy at first, but were extremely effective when I gave them a shot. Who would have thought that I could mentally link mathematics to video games and actually make studying fun?
I am now ready to take on my mortal enemy, the math test!
Really helped me. I will use the facts I learned from this book, because I posses enough discipline to do so.
Good for any person who wants to improve study habits and have a better understanding. Any new information helps and forming better habits is a plus. And understanding how some professors from their exams.
